2013 Staff Registration has begun - Without the blood, sweat, tears and muscles of the MANY volunteers and staff that put it all together - there would be no Con Nooga! It takes a lot of man and^or woman power to make Con Nooga happen! Our staff have been capable of pulling more hours than we can actually tally and have helped make Con Nooga the success it is today.
We appreciate our Staff and make sure you Thank them for helping Con Nooga run smooth!
Our Volunteer Program has had it's ups and downs as we have had a majority that have gone beyond the call of duty - however due to the negligence and laziness of others - the 2013 Staff / Volunteer rules are being readjusted and moving in a new direction. Stay tuned as we will address the new staffing and perks for 2013. Sadly we are looking at implementing a reimbursement program for any staff that works. Due to the few taking advantage - we have to review our kindness and make changes. Sorry for all the staff that puts in COUNTLESS hours - sad that the few ruin things for the MANY. More details coming....
