Shawn Sellers is the founder and director of Southern Paranormal Researchers, a group of researchers of paranormal phenomena, that currently resides in Montgomery, AL. He was raised rather unconventionally by his grandmother who started to teach him about the
spirit world at a young age. His grandmother was well-known locally for her abilities and she passed on her knowledge to him. In addition to his grandmother's influence, he was also brought up in the world of
Freemasonry. His grandfather and uncles were all active Masons in the community and helped to usher him into the work. He progressively went through DeMolay, Blue Lodge, York Rite, and finally was part of a Hillbilly unit at the local Shrine at 21. He is also the proud father of two boys. Along with some members of his team, he also handles cases in which people have been affected by dark entities and the cleansings thereof. He professes a deep faith in God and a unique knowledge of the spirit that allow him to handle cases usually only reserved for clergy. In addition to the things of a darker nature, Shawn can speak on topics ranging from modern UFO philosophy to tracking Bigfoot. He, along with members of SPR, generally do on their Blog Talk Radio Show that is on every Thursday night from 8:00 p.m. CST to 10:00 pm CST.

Michelle Sellers, originally from Northwest Missouri, uses her years of work in journalism to assist her husband, Shawn, and his team in documenting paranormal investigations and dark cases. 

As kind of team “librarian”, Michelle is trained in interviewing and specializes in assisting investigators in scientific, technical, and psychic documentation, as well as studying behavior and environment for clues to aid in capturing evidence and to make comparisons based on past case profiles.  As a professional writer, she spent the majority of the last decade writing features and news stories for two Midwestern newspapers.

Chris Dedman, a native of Lexington, Kentucky has been researching and investigating the paranormal for many years. At age 15 Chris seen his first ghost while filming the movie 
Gettysburg in Gettysburg, PA and was hooked. This personal experience gave Chris the desire and motivation to seek out answers within the paranormal field. Due to his investigating of the paranormal, Chris works with several families on cases dealing with possible paranormal and demonic activity and teaches them how to deal with it. Chris is a member of the Paranormal Clergy, Afterlife Investigations of KY, The LIFE Foundation, Inc. and Unity, A Journey of Hope.
Chris lectures at variety of paranormal conventions and has worked with many top names in the paranormal field. In October of 2008, one of Chris's cases rocked the nation when it aired on A&E's 
Paranormal State entitled "I AM SIX". Chris has also been featured on the Travel Channel's Most Terrifying Places in America, Ghost Adventures, and the Discovery Channel's Ghost Lab. Chris has appeared on numerous radio shows and has been featured in several newspapers and magazines. Chris is always looking for ways to better the field, but above all "It's about helping people, not finding Ghost".

Alex Garcia, Paranormal Technical Expert
Alex has a great amount of experience in the technical field and has an expert knowledge of closed circuit television and security systems. He employs this knowledge on investigations by setting up and operating various infrared cameras and other investigation equipment.  Alex works as a low voltage technician with an emphasis in security and lives in Pace, Florida. Curious by nature, Alex pushes the limits in paranormal technology, and feeds his hunger for  paranormal exploration, which has always fascinated him. Being in the occupational field he is in, it just seemed logical and practical to use those attributes, talents and equipment to participate and research the paranormal.

Stephen Drew has been interested in all aspects of the paranormal for most of his life. He became interested in hands-on healing while in England but only after moving to America in 1993 did he discover Reiki, the popular system of energy work.  After being attuned to Reiki and the lesser known Seichem, Stephen offered energy work to all who were interested.
